The majority of our products are made of cast concrete. We use water-based finishes that are applied by hand. The natural colors found in our products are made with organic pigments. With hand applied finishes variations in color will occur.
Our collection is manufactured in our historical factory in Birmingham, Alabama with the exception of our teak furniture which is made in Vietnam.

Our engineered concrete mixture is specially formulated to withstand freeze thaw cycles and can be used year round outdoors with the following appropriate precautions:
- Fountains should be completely drained and covered to prevent holding water
- Planters and birdbaths should not be allowed to have standing water inside- covering or turning over bird bath tops and making sure pots are draining and full of soil is a good practice
- In climates with significant frost heave, use standard best practices for permanent placement of outdoor fixtures
Our tables are organically pre-stained and are intentionally not sealed to allow for them to patina and age beautifully over time. Tables in the blanc and gris finish have a hand applied breathable water based acrylic sealer. Please see care instructions.
Yes! We recommend covering the drain hole with a piece of screen mesh and filling the bottom of the container with gravel to to allow for proper draining for healthy plantings and to prevent freeze issues.
We use as many recycled and natural items as possible in our packing process. We ship our products in thick walled pallet boxes that have access doors on the sides. The pieces are packed with bags of Excelsior. Excelsior is biodegradable non-toxic wood shavings. ( Learn more about Excelsior)
Please check for small pieces and metal table frames before discarding any of the packing material.
In general, everything is made to order with an average lead time of 8 weeks. Custom orders or orders with large quantities of a single item may have lead times substantially longer.
